About NeoPlugin

NeoPlugin is built by one engineer. This is who that is, and why the plugins are put together the way they are.

Masharul Tasbeeh (Pamir)

Founder and principal architect · based in Bangladesh

I have spent over 18 years at the intersection of software architecture, enterprise system design and digital strategy. The through-line has been a performance-first engineering philosophy: building systems where speed, data integrity and a clean user experience are treated as requirements rather than as things to tune later.

My technical focus is the Laravel and Vue.js ecosystems, MySQL database optimization, and high-performance WordPress and WooCommerce engineering. Most of my work has been vertical SaaS, custom ERP modules and decoupled architectures rather than out-of-the-box setups.

NeoPlugin is where that approach gets applied to WooCommerce extensions.

Why the plugins are built the way they are

Most WooCommerce extensions keep their data in postmeta. It is the path of least resistance and it works fine until a store gets busy, at which point every query starts paying for the decision.

NeoGrow and the NeoLite plugins use custom, indexed tables instead, and are written for High-Performance Order Storage rather than retrofitted onto it afterwards. That is not a marketing position; it is the reason the plugins exist at all. If a plugin makes your store slower, it has taken more than it gave.

What I have shipped

Four free, GPL-licensed plugins, each reviewed and published by the WordPress.org plugin team, each with a public changelog and a public support forum. All four are published under my WordPress.org account, @mtpamir, so nothing here has to be taken on trust.

Community

I am lead administrator and mentor for WordPressians, a global community of more than 40,000 WordPress developers and engineers. Most of what I do there is push conversations toward clean design patterns, decoupled systems, plugin optimization and application security.

Away from the code

I photograph. It asks for the same things engineering does — clarity, deliberate composition, and the discipline to remove whatever is not carrying weight, whether that is a distraction in the frame or a query that did not need to run.

Some of that work is contributed to the WordPress Photo Directory, where it is free for anyone to use.
