By using the NeoPlugin website and the plugins published under the NeoPlugin name, you agree to the terms below.

1. Software Licensing

Every plugin currently published by NeoPlugin — NeoGrow, NeoLite Birthday Bash, NeoLite Disable Reviews and NeoLite Review Customizer — is free software, licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2.0 or later.

That license gives you the right to use the software for any purpose, on any number of sites, to study and modify the source, and to redistribute it. Nothing on this page takes away a right the GPL grants you; where these terms and the GPL disagree, the GPL wins.

2. No License Keys, No Activation, No Tracking

There is nothing to activate and nothing to renew.

• The plugins are distributed through the WordPress.org plugin directory. You install and update them from your own WordPress dashboard, exactly like any other free plugin.
• There are no license keys, no site limits, no tiers and no account to create.
• We run no licensing server. The plugins do not contact us, and we do not monitor where they are installed.

3. Paid Editions, Direct Sales and the WooCommerce Marketplace

NeoGrow Pro is a paid edition that has not been released. It is not yet for sale on this website, and this website takes no payments of any kind at present.

When Pro is released it will be sold direct on this website and, subject to that listing being approved, through the WooCommerce Marketplace. Which terms apply then depends on where the purchase was made. For a purchase made on this website, billing, renewal and refunds are ours to administer, under these terms and the refund policy published at the point of sale. For a Marketplace purchase they are the Marketplace's, administered through your Woo.com account: those are that store's terms rather than ours, and any refund is handled under that store's policy, not under these terms.

NeoGrow Pro is intended to be listed at $129 per year for a single site. The first 100 purchases made on this website are offered at $64.50 per year, being 50% of that list price. That founding rate is intended to apply for as long as the purchaser continues to use Pro. It is offered on purchases made here because this is the channel we bill through and can therefore honor; it does not extend to a WooCommerce Marketplace purchase, where pricing and billing are administered by that store.

4. Support

Support for the free plugins is open to everyone, with no purchase required. It runs through each plugin's WordPress.org forum, with a direct email channel for anything that should not be posted in public.

Response times, and the full scope of what support does and does not cover, are set out on the support page.

5. No Warranty

As the GPL states, the software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We write to WordPress and WooCommerce coding standards and test against the versions listed on each plugin page, but we cannot guarantee flawless operation alongside every third-party theme, plugin or server configuration. Custom development and styling work are not part of support.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall NeoPlugin be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the software provided, even if NeoPlugin or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
