Get help with your plugin

Every plugin has its own support channel, so your question reaches somebody who can answer it. Pick the one you are using.

Free plugins

WordPress.org forums

Every free plugin is supported through its own WordPress.org forum. Posting there rather than emailing means the answer helps the next person with the same question.

NeoGrow Pro

Where you bought it

Pro will be sold direct on neoplugin.com and, once the listing is approved, on the WooCommerce Marketplace. Support follows the purchase: by email at support@neoplugin.com for a purchase made here, and through your Woo.com account against the product listing for a Marketplace one. That way your license and your ticket stay in the same place.

Not on sale yet

NeoGrow Pro has not been released. Until it is, questions about it are welcome on the NeoGrow forum.

Two things worth trying first

Check the documentation

Setup, points logic, photo reviews and a troubleshooting section are all covered in the manual.

Include your versions

WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP and the plugin version, plus whether you are using the cart and checkout blocks or the classic shortcodes. It is almost always the first thing anyone will ask for.

The quickest way to send all of it at once is your system status report: WooCommerce → Status → Get system report → Copy for support. If it contains anything you would rather not post in public, email it instead.

What support covers

  • ✓ Installation, activation and first-run setup.
  • ✓ Configuring any documented setting or feature, including anything the manual does not make clear.
  • ✓ Reproducible bugs in our own code, fixed and released as an update.
  • ✓ Compatibility with WordPress and WooCommerce core on the versions listed for each plugin, including HPOS and the cart and checkout blocks.

What it does not cover

  • × Custom development or features built to your own specification.
  • × Conflicts caused by third-party themes or plugins that do not follow WordPress and WooCommerce standards. We will help you identify the conflict; changing the other party's code is not ours to do.
  • × Server, hosting, DNS and email deliverability problems, or anything else below the WordPress layer.
  • × Versions of WordPress, WooCommerce or PHP older than the minimums listed for the plugin, or a copy of the plugin that has been modified.
